The best way to get showings is to make your home available
to all agents with little to no notice. This is best accomplished
by allowing a secure lockbox to be placed at the home. Giving
buyers easy access must go hand in hand with setting the
stage for a successful showing!

Keep the lights on no matter what!
Keep all draperies and shutters open.
Leave soft music playing quietly in the background.

Take a short walk, run errands or just go for a drive - never stay for the appointment!
Burn a scented candle or use light scented plug-ins. Vanilla, clean or lavender work best.

Mixed with an aggressive marketing plan, these time tested rules will result in a higher
sales price and shorter days on the market.
